Koala is a group of companies comprising of three departments, namely the shopping centre, warehouse and scrap departments.

The Shopping Centre is also known as the Retail Department and is located on the first floor of the centrally located building in Osu, Accra. The Shopping Centre offers a variety of household and luxury items.

The Wholesale Department, or warehouse, stocks imports of goods such as foodstuffs, glassware electrical and home appliances.

The Scrap Department exports non-ferrous metals to the Far East and the EU.
